Payment
For purchase within Malaysia, we allow payment via offline bank deposit/ interbank transfer to our Maybank Account. You may choose the following payment option during checkout.
1. Bank Deposit/ Offline transfer to Maybank Account. Using this payment method, customers are able to pay using internet banking/ATM machine from any MEPS/GIRO participating banks in Malaysia. If you're using ATM to bank in, we understand ATM don't accept small amount, don't worry we will return the balance to your account without any extra charges for any amount.
2. 
Checkout with PayPal. The safer, easier way to pay. By using Paypal checkout, customers are able to pay using credit card in Malaysia Ringgit currency with NO EXTRA charge.
Shipping within Malaysia & Singapore
*Our products is shipped to customers via Pos Laju within Malaysia & Singapore. For international shipping we would choose the most preferable courier services to be advised when we identified the delivery address.
*FREE SHIPPING! For purchase of more than RM250 and shipping within Malaysia only.
*The more you buy the shipping will be cheaper because the initial 0.5kg charges by pos laju is higher than subsequent 0.25gm. For example if you buy 2 item weight at 0.2kg each then the shipping cost will be priced within 0.5kg cost.
*The calculation is based on weight and differentiated by 4 zone. Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah Malaysia, Sarawak Malaysia & Singapore. The formula is based on the following table. Don't worry about the complicated calculations, the system will auto calculate the shipping amount based on the state of the address selected in your shopping cart.

Please note the the weight of the product will be added extra 5% for packaging weight.
Shipping outside of Malaysia & Singapore
The shipping fees is not shown in your shopping cart during purchase. After you placed an order we will email the shipping fees based on the delivery address before payment is made.
Return on Damage Items
Our store procedures is to check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us by capturing some photos on the problematic areas and send to us at support@modishstudo.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will issue you a Product Damage Confirmation Email. We will then either send you a cash voucher, deliver a new set of product or replace the broken parts if possible to you. Please note that you're required to mail back the damaged item to us with the original packaging, tags and receipt. The transportation fees will be refunded as a cash voucher. We reserved the right not to return or refund if we found that the item had been used/washed/not damaged.
